Hi.
I am at the moment rebuilding an chi engine for my ascona a 74

The engine is an earlier rallycross engine, and when i purcased it for a year or so back, it was taken all apart and delivered to me in a box.
Luckely for me most of the parts where numbered.
The engine consists of folloing parts:
2.0 Head witch is ported wery well and grinded 1mm
enem R13 camshalft 316/308/107/12.6/12.1/4.6
Doble walve springs
46mm intake valve
40mm eksaust valve
hi comp mahle pistons
I cant recognize the rods (i will take a photo later)
apr rod bolts
2.0 crankshaft
7kg flywheel
sinter clutch
the eksaust is "røret" from enem (this is a well known eksaust from sweden)
2 Doble weber dcoe 45 carburettors mabe a bit small, but i cant aford new at the moment
In a few days i am going to send the pistons, rods, crankshaft, flywheel and pressureplate for balncing.
It is the first time i have done such a big job with an engine, so i was hoping for some good adwice to help me do this right.

What kind of shape is the block in? Is the main bores good, and check the taper in the cylinder walls. In my own opinion measure everything you got before doing anything.
