    Wheels

Ok I am going to buy a 1970 Opel GT next month and i was looking for some new wheels, i found that the lug pattern is 4X101.6 but i cant find any wheels other then the superlite 13" ones, is there a website i am missing, do i need to have wheels made for it, or is there a 5 bolt conversion out there to eliminate this problem? thanks for the info ahead of time.

    4 x 100 !!

    Opel uses the METRIC 4 X 100mm pitch circle for the wheels NOT 4 X 101.6 (4 X 4").

Wheels that fit some earlier BMWs will fit with the correct offset - do a search for 'offset' as that is quite important!

Tirerack was advertising a clearance on some wheels.
Needs a 2dr Ascona, everyone else has one.

    XXR Sportmax Racing Wheels

this is where I got the wheels for my GT.
I know the 501's and the 513's will work on an opel although the offset is 15 and it should be 20 in a perfect world

Read just a few of the 229 threads and 2,453 posts on the subject in the "Wheels and Tires" Forum that I moved this to. And as a favour, please look around and even use the search function before you start a thread that has been answered as many times as this one.

    Thanks in advance
