    flasher location??

    Howdy folks,
Just installed led turn signals and need to pull the
flasher unit to do a mod to the relay to keep it
from thinking a bulb has burned out. I'll be danged
if I can find it. I can hear it blinking but sure can't
tell where it is. Before I pull the whole dash apart
I thought I might ask. "Where the heck is that
sucker?" There's all kinds of relays lined up along
the fuse box but none seem to be the one. (with
them all pulled it's still blinking.) All right, back to
    it.
    thanks,
    Don.

Don, if you're referring to a GT, the flasher is at the bottom left of the vertical leg of the instrument panel next to the heater control panel. Not real easy to remove and install, but it can be done by feel. HTH.

    Don;
I hate to tell you this, but, you will have to remove the instruments on your Wagon, as the relay is right behind the speedo, in the bracing that holds the steering column up

Hi there Gene, yeah, my sonar-like hearing was kinda
telling me the same thing. An easier fix might be to
just mount some bulbs in line just so the flasher thinks
    everything is OK.
    thanks,
    Don.

    LED turn signals

Oh, by the way, here's the front turn signals. I pretty much gave
up thinking I'd ever come across a set of correct lights. Went
ahead and painted the inserts a kind of amber color and installed
some bright burning amber leds. (the little chrome spot on the
    insert.) Looks alright I guess.
