    Spell checking

I really hate to post on the board and advertise my stupidity, but what happened to spell check? Sometimes my big fingers hit the wrong keys and I mispell words. Am I missing something? Thanks, Jarrell

    Gary,

I use the ieSpell program, but do we have a spell check anymore? I don't see it when I post. And frankly, the spelling on some recent posts have resisted translation

No spell check for vB3 yet. The What you See Is What You Get (WYSIWYG) reply format is not friendly to the free spellcheckers.

I use ieSpell (http://www.iespell.com/ which you had recommended to me) and although it isn't quite as seamless as spell-check in Word, it is pretty darn good. Can it be integrated into the vB3 program? Maybe we just need to promote better etiquette on the site.

Jarrell, On occasion, I have the same problem, fat fingers, two things you can do, reread your post before you submit the reply or after you have submitted and see an error, you can click on the edit button and make the changes necessary. HTH.

I've just typed my questions / replies into an Outlook express Email body and used it's spellcheck. I hate to go back and re-edit numerous times. LOL. Jarrell
