Photo Member Albums ???

OK to list my Manta Project for sale I created a photo album ( Which I posted a link to on the ad ) and filled it with about 43 pictures of the car. When they got approved, the pictures in the photo album were out into the main folder and removed from the album making the album empty.

This is not the first time.. I haven't been able to seem to get photos I upload into the photo folders properly before either. EVen the one folder with photos only has a few of the ones I posted to it actually in it.

Is there anyway a moderator or possibly Gary someone can fix that, or short term to put the photos in the folder.. or could the ad simply be edited to change the link?

Now when you look at the main gallery for GoinManta you see the folder and it says there are 38 phoits, but you click on the link and the folder is empty.

Yes, and even got the email that said the photos were approved.. and followed immediately by emails that siad this:

Which is what happened ast time I tried to create and use the photo albums to organize all the pictures I have up..

Last time I tried to create one for the restoration pictures of my kadett.. that time all the images didnt even go up. The ones that did ended up in the main folder and not the photo album I created for them.

That also happened when I uploaded the pictures for the Bronze Manta I had for sale.

The first time it happened was after I finished restoring Bens Manta and tried to put all them into a photo album. As I mentioned before.. some went in and some did not.

I am pretty sure I did everything I was supposed to do. Anyway with about 250 pictures can get a module where we can create folders/albums and organize pictures that are already uploaded?

That is strange. I need to look into it.

The odd thing to look at right now is when you look at my albums.. the Blue Max one is there and shows it holds 38 pictures and has a picture for its place holder. Click on it though and it says there is nothing in the folder.

Try it again now - it worked for me...

I just checked and the folder titled Blue Max.. to me still shows 38 pictures in it (at the listing) but when you click the link it says there are no images in the category..

This is one the confusing things about the current photo album program (to me anyway). Click the link you just posted and indeed you are taken to an empty photo album. Click on the link "GoinManta" in the string of links "Home >> Member >> GoinManta >> My Blue Max" and you will be taken to your photo album with all pictures present. It took me a lot of trial and error to figure this out on my own photo albums. It is a quirk that I don't understand.

I don't know if that is a bug, or due to a bloated (>1 gig) program or the result of 5 years worth of upgrading. I'll try to look at it this weekend. (make that Saturday as the Patriots are playing Sunday)

Don't think so. I get:
"This category does not contain any images."

Did you both try clicking the "GoinManta" link as I mentioned in my prior post? It works for me when I do that...

Yes, I got it then. I was only addressing the link Charles provided in his
