Did I miss something?

I was posting on a recently added forum when I noticed something different. Since when do our posts have to be approved by a Mod? This was in the Humor category by the way too.

Then, after posting, instead of being sent back to the thread I was on, it sent me to the main humor section here.

Why is this?

The Humor forum has been here for years. Only recently did the posts appear on the main page.

The notice at the top of the notes that it is a moderated forum and posts will need to be approved before they appear. We just need to make sure the jokes are in line with the fine upstanding character of this site.

My hat's off for first Gary and secondly his team of mod's.
They do exactly what they need to do..mostly in the back ground.
Then again there paid BIG bucks to moderate this forum.
Or could it be just for the love of Opels.

Ah, Harold is suggesting that Tennessee has a slower dial-up than here in Manitoba. Actually, I call this area of South-Eastern Manitoba the Arkansas of Canada, without the sophistication. Sorry if I have offended any folks from Arkansas; if there are other readers from Manitoba, trust me when I say there are fewer places more backward than this corner of the province, as not only is the dial-up Internet slow, but there is no cell phone coverage for at least fifty miles from our cottage. Great to get away from the madness of city life, terrible if you need to get any work done

Don't worry about people from Arkansas being offended. We are far superior to people from Manitoba or Calgary and hardly give you who are uneducated about Arkansas a second thought Now, If you had done your homework about those who live in a backward world, you would have picked on someone from West Virginia, Alabama or Mississippi
