Shows zero ads in every category and it won't let me repost my ad from earlier.

It would appear the new ad structure doesn't work at all.

Thanks, guys. I'll check it out tonight. We were able to get in on the beta testing for this program so there will be some bugs. It has not been released to the public yet. It's from the same people that make the Reviews and Photo Gallery script and they are real good with support.

The existing classifieds program leaves a lot to be desired. Like expired ads show up as database errors until they are manually removed.


edit: There a double slash in the path that's causing the error. I'll report it to the developers.

OK the "new" new classifieds program is up. The colors have not been changed yet and the link back to the main page has not been added. But give it a shot.

Here's a chance to get creative. and post goof ads to the 'Other' category. They will be removed in a few days.... Serious ads will remain until expired.

Have fun and report any bugs here.

I tried to sell a Opel Bushmobile, but classifieds failed. Shame, its a fairly healthy car. Only problem is it will sometimes take you places you don't want to go.

I can post as an admin, but when I try as a regular member, the error appears.... and so, the plot thickens!

I just did a trial ad. I noticed that the details (location/year/model/Engine/trans/wheels) didn't show up on the original input, but did on the "edit".

And yes, I approved my own photo (but I think the ad was already approved)

Seems OK now since I posted a "real" ad with a picture from MSE.

Still shows some kind of "runtime" error in window immediately after post , but at least it posts the ad and pic!

Did some more 'Tweaking' of the layout and have not seen any php errors in the logs. (But then, not too many have posted)

I'll work on the colors this weekend.

This program is an important piece of the site upgrade puzzle. If it runs smoothly, we are one step closer....
