Diff between Garage and Album

Hi folks,
What is the difference between the Member Garage area and the Member Album area? THey both seem to be places for photos. While the Garage area is very easy to link to from each members posts, there don't ever seem to be many pictures there.

All the pictures are in the Member Album area, but that is more cumbersome to get to. The only way I know how is to go up and click on Photo's in the toolbar, then find the member name.

Would it be possible to add the Members Photo Album as an item in the dropdown whenever you click on the members name in one of thier posts?

Any help you can provide in clearing this up for me would be appreciated. Maybe it is due to my inexperience using Forums.
