Unanswered: Rpm and jets relationship

There is a possibility that I will have an exhaust gas analyzer for the weekend. I am planning to use it for jetting evaluation. What would be good rpms to test individual jets? I was thinking (after reading Rallybob's recommendations for weber jetting) to use these rpms and at this order:

Primary main: 3000
primary progression: 1500
idle setting: 900

Do these sound good?

P.S. The secondary will not be dialed in at present cause I don't want to take the carb out to remove linkages (vacuum secondary). Propably will be done based on feeling later (max power at first and smooth transition afterwards)...
