GM 2.0T Engine and Auto Transmission Swap

Just wondering if anyone has tried or even thought of trying this swap.
Thinking this will be easier than a V6 swap. and should be plenty of
power for this small of a car. I think they make somewhere in the
    neighborhood of 275hp.

Just going out on a limb here, if by "2.0T", you mean the motor from a Redline Saturn Sky, or possibly the the Chevy HHR SS, it has been done, at least in a Manta, haven't heard of any in a GT yet

Do you mean the 2.0 Ecotec turbo that came in the Saturn Skys(New Opel GT Roadster) and Pontiac Solstices?

If so, I'm told that it's a very difficult fit that will require a bunch of chopping. I was going to go that route with my GT and was going to have the work done by someone who had put a 2.0T in a Manta for another member. He said the Manta was a tough install and that the same 2.0T in a GT would be a horror story.

I opted for an Opel 2.4 engine instead. I have a Solstice with the N/A 2.4 GM engine also.

My GT is faster than my Solstice.

We had discussed installing the new smaller 1.6(or 1.4?) Ecotec with Turbo built into the exhaust manifold as an alternative.
