Is there a diagram of GT body panel seams?

I have to do some dissecting of my parts GT to make room in the garage for my new acquisition. The subframe on this GT is in sad shape, the previous owner refused to do what I needed to get a title for the vehicle, and a good portion of the body has had panels welded over old panels. There is a lot of good sheet metal and other parts, but the car as a whole is a lost cause. I am looking to see if anyone has information as to where the most logical location to cut the panels would be, kind of like a butchers map of a cow? I have seen the nose panels where it is cut mid headlight cut outs for smallest seam, which makes sense. Any ideas or information for rear quarters, roof, front fenders?

The front fenders are one piece and are braised to the A-pillar where they meet. The rockers are braised on at the front door seam. The tail panel is tack welded to the backs of the rear fenders and the rear deck panel. The rear deck panel is tacked to the fenders where the "fins" on the sides of the rear window come down. The rear fenders attach at the roof:

If you can find a GT parts manual it will show all the panels and how they fit together.

Then, underneath all that stuff, is the underlying support structure.....

Some more of the same. Included are parts prices when last available, all were d, discontinued at print time.
Before part price is time, in hours and tenth of hours, to remove old/damaged part and replace with new.
Trimming used welded part requires considerable added time.

Welded parts to be reused are often removed by drilling thru spot-welds with a tool like a small hole saw.
