    Power Options.

It's that time again, time for another rebuild.

I would like to know from the Opel owners here what sort of power plant you have under your hood. Are you running on all original or have you gone supercharged with an SVO engine ? Just looking for some ideas and what seems to work best in this car. I have my eye on a nice shell ( unsure of year .. see it as I drive by)

So please .. tell me what you got under the hood.. !!

I got a 2.0, cam (nice cam .430 lift, 230 @50 110 lobe sep), big weber, sprint, 2" exhaust, S-10 clutch. this motor combo makes for a very nice street car with many upgrades available...ported head, big valves, bigger carb, dual carbs, electronic ignition.ect. personally I like to build on the stock motor and not just swap with some other companies
73 Gt (RIP), 4 speed, 2.0L, 290H cam, weber, S-10 clutch w/ matched flywheel, sprint to a 2" pipe, Aluminum finned oil pan. SOLD!

    Shazaam,

Prior to catching the rath of the moditorators, I would recomend that you take a look around and do some looking at some of the various threads and/or use the search items.

I think there was a poll on this and the results were most folks have the stock 1.9 in the car!!
