    Haynes Manual Ascona/Manta B 1.2/1.3

Hallo! Is there a Haynes manual for Ascona/Manta B fitted with the 1.2 OHV or 1.3 OHC engines? I have found the one with the large engines (1.6, 1.8, 1.9, 2.0) but I can not find any manuals for the 1.2/1.3 engines. Does anyone know something more? Thanks!

There is very little on the 1.2 OHV engines in the Ascona / Manta books, I have the German Werkstatt Handbuch for the B model Ascona / Manta, it covers the 1.2 S, 1.6 N, 1.6 S, 1.9 N, 1.9 S and the 1.9 E used in the Manta GT/E it's in German tho. If it is engine info you need, try the Kadett C Haynes for the 1.2 OHV and the Ascona C /Cavalier FWD for the 1.3 OHC
Politicians and diapers have one thing in common. They should both be changed regularly and for the same reason.

I was able to download a Haynes manual for a Kadett C. Once I got it downloaded it said it was for a Vauxhall Astra/Belmont. I am assuming that they are the same car? It did have a good section on the 1.2 engine assembly and rebuild. If interested PM me I might be able to find the link again.

In anycase it still had a good section on the 1.2. From what I have read they used this motor into the early 90's.
