Greatest (Lemons) Cars of 2018
We made the grade, albeit a very low grade, as one of the greatest cars in the 2018 season of the 24 Hours of Lemons.
Scroll down a bit and you'll find the 1.1-powered Kadett run by the Westboro Fastest Church. Scroll down a bit more and you'll find our wagon, spilling gas.

For anyone who doesn't get the reference, it's a play on the "Westboto Baptist Church" which isn't actually a church at all, it's a family of old lawyers who famously act hatefully (protesting military funerals, etc), to try to get towns to tell them to leave, so that they can both get attention for their hate and money to fund their operations by suing anyone who acts against them (and scaring them into settling by threatening expensive legal action at no cost to themselves). They're bottomfeeders down there with Klansmen and their ilk. In the last 15 years, they've regularly been mocked and humiliated and it's common to organize mild harassment of them when they show up to spew their hate in towns, like letting their air out of their tires and letting every service business in town know what they do and refuse to help them, holding cartoon bubbles up behind them when they post for photos with their own signs, etc.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Westboro_Baptist_Church - "especially against LGBT+ people, Catholics, Orthodox Christians, atheists, Muslims, Jews, and U.S. soldiers and politicians" Basically, if you're not them, they want media attention by saying inciteful things about you. Their signs say stuff like "thank God for dead soldiers," "thank God for 9/11,". Just scum.
Anyway, it's become a theme to ridicule them, hence the team name I suppose.
