. . . oh, and replace that 'metal can' fuel filter with a see-thru, plastic one and cover your metal fuel line with 1/4" plastic 'split loom' wire cover to reduce underhood heat absorbtion. You'll be amazed at how much heat those two items absorb . . . will definitely help in GA summers!

Thanks for the comment and rating! I was getting some pretty bad vapor lock with the metal fuel line and so I have since run rubber fuel line from the pump, in front of the radiator, then to the carb. I tried just covering the metal fuel line to insulate it but was still getting vapor lock issues. I have a see-thru fuel filter that I used for debugging the vapor lock issue but went back to the 'metal can' once the problem was solved. We'll see how things go once the heat of summer arrives!
