Using cinder blocks like that is an absolute NO-NO! They are prone to splitting when contacted by a point load, which the wheels of the floor jack create, and are NEVER suitable for loads when on their side (they are only rated for compression loads when the internal holes are vertical and the load is on the concrete edges). If you MUST use cinder blocks as spacers, put them on their sides (relative to what you show above) and place a plank of 2x8 on the flat to take the load. The plank distributes the load evenly around the cinder block.
