Bought it in CA in 1987 while in grad school at Berkeley. Drove it across the US between CA and PA four times. Many happy trips north from the Bay Area to Salem, OR, to visit with then-girlfriend, now-wife Bea. This car won an Honorable Mention at Carlisle with OANA in 1999 before the much nicer cars started showing up in later years.
