Fireglow Orange (originally silver - one day blue

Sold new in Ottawa - 1st Owner had from 71 - 76, 2nd owner had from 76 - 2001 but was off road since 82, 3rd owner had from 2001 - 2008 - barn Opel; 4th owner had from 2008 - 2010 and made some efforts to restore; 5th owner has work cut out for her but has no plans to sell it having learned the hard lesson from selling her first GT.

Original engine, factory coil, was full of leaves and spiders but very clean. No evidence of any oil leaks. Block literally passes the white glove test. Has complete snorkle set up with incorrect rubber to join from air filter to carb cover.

Battery pan decent, belly pan very good, rad leaks at neck, wiring...well, what can I say, its original and we all know what that means (reaching for electrical kit)

Missing: headliner, carpet, all spare tire cover, rear view mirror

Damaged: glove box, ashtray, kick panels,

Disconnected/Broken: Gas gauge, speedo, temp ga.interior light

Seats: From an unknown Japanese car

Original: Silver
Present: Fireglow Orange (or something close to it), with one paint run and painted over chrome door handles - not quality paint job by any stretch but polished up to decent. (just don't look too closely)

Future: Blue metallic in the Strato Blue range
(would go back to original, but already have 2 silver vehicles)

SONY AM/FM CD Player with SONY 10 CD Stacker sitting loose on back bench and one very very poor quality speaker sitting on back dash.


Connected with two clamps like those on trickle charger- one to ground on frame and one to hot wire. Quality installation... LOL


Works but hard to listen to.

Came with 16" Low Profile alloy mags

Returned to stock rims with beauty rings and center caps.
