So I happened to notice on a 69 GT we were finishing up, that the washer tubing that goes thought the channel of the hood, when it comes out at the top, it is typically held over to the driver side with a metal clip, but this one had a plastic clip identical to the clip that holds the tubing on the top center of the hood. So I looked and all hoods have a hole stamped in them for this clip. Wonder why a change? More difficult to install than a metal clip? Would it be for cost? Just noticed and actually I think I will start routing them all this way with the new production plastic clips Gil carries.
