Going Strong!
Some 2.4s listed on German EBay are listed as from Opel "Caravans" and from the pictures it looks like they are some light commercial vehicle or van.
I know Fronteras (Vauxhall?) used this 2.4 CIH engine well in to the 1990s and it would not surprise me if it was used for much longer in commercial vehicles as a "workhorse".
