I had an interesting call this afternoon. Out of the blue, a lady in downtown Atlanta has a 68 1.5 Kadett Wagon. She has a problem, that when discribed to me sounds like the car needs a good tuning up, but, I'll look into that tomorrow. My question is, can the 1874V Pertronix be used in the 1.5 distributor?

If not ....

If the Petronix will not fit into the '68 1.5 distibutor a later 1.9 distributor can be swapped in - then the better stuff will fit!

Same distributor was used in the 1.5 as the 1.9 . . . Pertronix fits fine.
