Ok, I took Emmy in to get her appraisal and when I went in to pick up the appraisal, the guy had it listed as a '71. I politely told him that it was a '72. He showed me the upclose photo he took of the sticker showing the assembly date as 7-7-71. He told me that this means, since it is pre-August, that for any other car this would make it a 71. He claims - the corvette for instance - didn't begin its new model year until August of 71. The car was sold to me as a 72, is titled as a 72, and has 3-point seatbelts (which were first introduced in 72). Granted the seatbelts could be an after install - I don't know enough to know... but does anyone have any way of running Emmy's VIN to find out for sure??
