I am organizing a group buy for Aluminum DOUBLE GROOVE Crankshaft Pulleys.

The cost won't be completely confirmed until the machinist and I meet face to face. The cost will be LESS than $150. I don't know how much less.

The design is attached.

The details.

6061 Aluminum.
Anodized
Uncolored
63 finish before anodizing
Designed to accommodate a custom trigger wheel for EFI

The more we buy, the cheaper the get (I assume)

We need 10.

Posting that you want one of these Crankshaft Pulleys constitutes a contract. You can ask for as many as you like.

The order will be confirmed on 7/31/2017. I can't guarantee I will ever do this again.

I am purchasing a minimum of 2 for myself

OK....I am in for ONE.

Will you be doing a group buy for 36-1 trigger wheels and if so will the outside diameter be 6.100" for use with the special oil pump cover or some other dimension?
The 6.100" diameter would not stop anyone from making a bracket to be mounted elsewhere.

Last call.

I met the CNC guy a couple days ago. We agreed that we should do a one-off "sample" to send to Keith for fitting and inspection before we make the full run. As soon as the one-off is done I will fir it on my engine (in a stand) and then send it to Keith. That way it will have two fittings to make sure everything is good to go.

As soon as Keith gives his input, the run will be sent to production.

Good plan!
