The OMC officers and the entire club are deeply saddened by the news of John Seaman's passing. Many of you are familiar with John through his role as the "Editor for Life" of the OMC newsletter, The Blitz. John's unique sense of humor always came through in his monthly rant in the Editors page of the Blitz. He will be missed. Our sympathy's go out to his family, friends and co-workers.
Some temporary measures are being put in place until the OMC Officers meet to discuss the behind the scenes effects of John's death.
These are:
The Paypal link for new membership and renewals is suspended. Please send dues monies directly to OMC Treasurer, Dick Counsil.
Anyone who used the OMC Paypal link in the past 2 weeks should contact me at; [email protected]
Net Only Members - I have the list of net only members and we will work out the details for delivering the Blitz.
John and I were in the process of adding the current and past issues of the Blitz to the OMC website, www.opelclub.com This project will continue once the details are worked out.
