It's a very good idea to consider getting a car that has been actively used up to the time you bought it or somewhat recently. Opels like to be used, they resent sitting in garages for years at a time, they REALLY resent sitting OUTSIDE a garage for years. The vibration of the car while it's being driven sort of keeps your electrical contacts scrubbed and contacted. Use breaks up or impedes corrosion and rust that can give you electrical gremlins in a long-sitting car. If the car was actively driven, then it was likely actively maintained, too. It may not have been maintained well, but at least it got some TLC. It's worth it to spend a little more on a car that you can reasonably expect to drive right away and not have to start repairing and doing bodywork to for a year before you even experience driving it.

That GT left Craigslist this am so it must be sold. Now there is a Manta. It could be an early spring, The Opels are coming out already.
