Seeing posts about Edwin's Manta got me thinking about some of the April fools day pranks that I used to do on here.

The prank linked below was a fun one. In the first post, I used a script that entered the username of whoever was reading it. The post mentioned that a site problem started after "[username]" clicked on a "link".

Edwin is the site's longest lurker. He has 1 post in 17 years (and that was one that I posted when helping him with a password issue). At the time of that prank, Edwin was working for a Government agency. He logged onto the site from work early in the morning and saw that "he" was responsible for the garbled posts. He panicked and immediately contacted his IT dept for help!!! They looked into it and told him it was a prank.

And there was the time when a member went off on a bunch of ego-rants and I changed all his posts to read like the "Swedish Chef". They would look normal to him.
