My battery box is nearly perfect. The car did not come with the battery tie down. I notice a bolt in the back, near the radiator, and one on the angled piece on the front. Is this where it's supposed to go? Does anyone have an extra they would like to sell.

Long Arms!

There is only a clamp at the front of the battery box in mine that fastens on with a short through bolt and clamps onto the lower edge ridge at the bottom of the battey - you need long arms to reach it so it is often left out altogether. A similar clamp from most any other car should just about do the job.

If you take the centre grille out you may be able to reach it easier.
