master cylinder too
Turns-out the master cylinder from a BMW 320i (1980 vintage) is a bolt on replacement for the one in my '71 Kadett. It doesn't have the tapped hole in the end for the triangle support to mount to, but the BMW had a different brace at the base of the master cylinder that does the same thing. It is also slightly larger bore, which makes for a bit stiffer pedal with a bit less travel, both of which I prefer.
