Giveaway Car Drawing
on Sunday for a
1963 Volkswagen Beetle
The VW Beetle was introduced to the American public in 1949, when just two were sold in the entire country. By 1966, however, nearly a half-million of the little bugs were being sold here every year. Our cute, original white 1963 giveaway Beetle comes from those heady times when the homely little cars were replacing big Detroit iron at an alarming rate, against all the "rules" that said Americans wanted yearly styling changes and big engines, not to mention the perceived status of various models.

The ticket-holder must be present to win.
No purchase is necessary.
