Added Drivetrain Guide for Rekord

For those who need information on Opel Rekord models from 1958 to 1962 ( no Opel models imported during 1963!), I've just added a separate Drivetrain Guide for all models imported during those years.

I've finally gotten around to, was bored, combining various separate model and drivetrain guides previously posted here into one, all-encompassing guide for all Opel models officially imported to the US from 1958 to 1975.
