does anyone know if a 1970 plastic console will fit any other years. i know they changed the light panels above the steering wheel from round to rectangles but i don't know if the absolute dimensions/screw holelocations are the same

The 1970 console will fit in all respects with the 71, 72, and the 73. It will not fit the 1969. That is why the 1969 console is so rare and valuable!!
