Crank Diameter?

A few years ago I replaced the front engine crankshaft seal, apparently without much luck as, I suspect, there is an amount of wear on the crankshaft. Does anyone have a recommendation as to the inside diameter of a Speedi Sleeve that might fit the bill?

The front seal rides on the crankshaft pulley, not the crank itself.

Just replace the pulley.

If a new (or un-grooved) pulley isn't available, the repair sleeve is also off the shelf at most auto stores. I don't have the Fel-Pro part # handy, but if you take a pulley in, the correct sleeve can be easily sized. My notes say the size is 45 mm ID, 24 mm long.

And IMHO, a sleeved-repaired pulley may be better than a stock pulley, as the sleeve is very smooth, and seals last longer when running on a sleeve than on a machined pulley journal.
