Holy cow. I found it I found it. One of the problems I am working with is finding someone that will make a custom wheel in a decent size. Most manufactures will make them no smaller than 16 x 8. Many of them dont make anything smaller than a 17 or 18" wheel. Even with 16 x 8 or if you get extra lucky and find a 15" wheel, its still 8" wide meaning that you have to roll the fender in order to prevent the tire form becoming sliced up.

Well........... intro to http://www.introwheels.com/ Custom made to order Billet wheels and they will even add rivets to it (I Like rivets) for a little extra. I can get a 15 x 7 for the front and am pretty sure I wont have to roll the fenders for that. AND......... They are going to be about $500 cheaper than the custom Boyd Coddingtons I was going to get. I've e-mail them and am waiting for a reply. I'll keep you all filled in.

uh........... if I win the lottery, ok
ya, a bit on the pricey side. Considering most of our Gt's arent worth that much!(I'd rather sink that much cash into the motor and make the car a "sleeper" that smokes the the B%LLS off the ricers that pull up along side of me!) Much more satisfaction than a set of "pretty"rims that arent worth the money!JMTCW

I'm willing to bet that they won't be able to modify those particular wheels to a 4x100 bolt pattern; the lug locations seem pretty integral to the style of the wheel. They did have a couple of interesting wheels in the "covered" section though.

Ill have thousands invested in my car and that price is actually very good considereing what I WAS looking to pay. Nice wheels are like a nice tie. You can have a $3000 suit and a cheap tie and it makes the whole suit look horrible. Or, you can have a $200 suite and a $80 tie and you look like a million bucks.

Im going for a specific look with my GT and I'll spend what I need to spend to get it. To me it's worth it.

Doesnt matter about the bolt pattern. Im modifying my rear axle and front hubs to take a 5 x 114mm Bolt pattern. Problem fixed.

I think that is a great price. And they have some nice wheels. But all I see are 5, 6, and 8 lug.
Are you sure they sell 4 lug?

OK, looking at the gallery, I see in the SEMA 2004 pics, there is a Ford Focus with 4 lug wheels. So I guess that means they do. Cool.
I'm gonna bookmark that page.

The problem is fiding the right size AND the right Off-set. Get it wrong and your either rubbing on the inside or on the outside. Ask a manufacturer that sells a $75 wheel to make a custom off-set and your either going to get a big flat out NO!, or a $$$$$$$ quote. Might as well go to the guys that all they do is make the custom sizes.

A 15 x 7 running a 205/50 15 inch wheel needs a +12 to +15mm off-set. Many of these wheel companys only make FWD wheels and have offsets like +44 and so on. Wont work.

Besides, this topic has been beaten to death. introwheels.com is a great find for those that are willing to spend the money for a truely custom fit and look, AND they still make them in a size small enough to fit the GT and NOT have to roll the fenders.

Information on Wheels

This is something I printed off the Opel Association of North America website probably two years ago. Pretty informative on wheels and sizing etc. I went to the link but there is nothing there now. I scanned my hard copies and put them in PDF format so everyone interested would view and print.

The article covers all the aspects of changing the wheels on a GT. Plus sizes, widths, offset, tire profile size, tire ratings etc. Very informative. Again, it is not my work, but something I got from the OANA site a few years back. I hope it answers your questions. By the way, I bought Chrome TSW Revos 7x16 with a twenty mm offset. Had to look for over a year, finally came across them at America's Tire Company, they had been in a warehouse for years. They gave me a pretty good deal on them. Got Yokohama Tires. The GT isn't together yet, I will include a picture of the tires and wheels. I think they look pretty good.
