I just installed the OGTS modern seat belt retrofit today and would be happy to let my old seatbelt parts go. Out of a '74. Are they different than a '73?

Yes, the 1973 are different. The latch and buckle is slightly smaller and of a different design. The latch also has the GM logo centered in a square "top push button" release. You have the 1974-1975. Thanks for your response.
