Flywheel lightening

I bought one of the 9" flywheels from OGTS to fit onto my new 5-speed. I want to lighten it but need advice on how much I should go. I want it to be weekend streetable (I won't be driving it everyday) and I won't be racing it either. I just want some quick off the light acceleration to piss of those Honda guys. I recall 17lbs to be a safe bet. Anyone lighten one of these flywheels and have any feedback or suggestions? (and what does a machine shop charge for something like this?...typical price..?)
