i have a front bumper for my gt it has almost no chrome left on it i wus wondering if any one has powder coated there front bumpers either the same color as there gt or black???

Several members have done it, either to match the body, or black. It's strictly a matter of personal choice.

Opel did use black bumpers on the GT/J and that looked good!

How about this for a "look" bumper moulded into front sheet metal!

well i have anthor qustion then the gt/j came with black bumpers in the front and the rear or just in the front??

Can you get me overall dimensions of your front clip. I'm about to go pick one up myself and I need to know if I need a trailer, or a pickup to bring it home.

The GT front clips are remarkably small and should fit onto a 6'X4' trailer or into the back of an s10 pickup.

Can't measure that one anymore as it was dissasembled along with another one and the best panels selected and used to replace the frontend on my GT. The individual panels were copper plated along the overlaps before being put back together again.
