Hardened valve seats?

Just wondering if the Isuzu or chevy Luv 1.9/1.8 had them and if they would work on the Opel.

Sorry, What made me think of it was someone put a 1.9 Isuzu head on eBay. I thought it looked the same but see the difrence now though.
