how much difference will these mods make?

once i get a little further into my 69 restoration i have to buy a new exhaust, intake and carb and i would like to know how much performance i can gain with say... a webber, sprint, performance exhaust and a lightly modified intake (with some epoxy and grinding). i would also like to know the easiest place for me (southern ontario) to get these if any of you would happen to know. so if any of you have something like this on your cars could you give me some approximate horsepower and torque numbers? maybe some prices? thanks all
