The other car is a Vauxhall VXR. A very interesting article on both cars. The Vauxhall was never put into production and only 2 were produced(one mockup for show and one as a drivable prototype if I am not mistaken.
Yup, it's a Vauxhall VXR - there is book that's listed on eBay all the time called "Opel GT - Gold Portfolio" it has just about every article ever written regarding, specifically the GT. A good read although it seems repetitive at times a good source for specs.
Friday 6 11 21 I met with a fellow Opeler for a trip to Pima Air & Space Museum, Tucson AZ.
Here we have a Saturn Sky/Opel GT,.. a Buick Regal/Opel Insignia, ..& an original OPEL GT.
The Museum has nearly 300 aircraft from several countries displayed over 80 acres, and in 5 hangars.
