The bumper just bolts on, as there is a space between it and the body. But IIRC there ARE small "gaskets" (more like small U-channels) that slip over the edges of the bumperettes, both front and rear, and help make a nicer transition between the bumperettes and the bumpers.

Check with OGTS for this part. They do help with hiding the gap between the bumpers and bumperettes, especially if it is a little uneven.

Thanks I don't have bumperettes to put onto the my gt but I think I will figure something out.
