Unfortunately there's nothing on that car that doesn't need to be redone.
I'd be skeptical of buying any car from the rust belt. A 50 year old Opel GT, even more so. Check for some rust under each one of those mods.

I kind of like it it kind of looks like a mark 4 supra. I wonder what the exhaust would sound like it the side pipes are muffled or not.

Looking at this one again I missed something here.
Is the armrest also the e-brake?

Approx. 20-years ago, my new GT master cylinder (MC) failed several blocks from home.
Brakes failed in supermarket parking lot at slow miles per hr.

MC sat on a shelf too long and seals deteriorated.
New OPGTS seals, and brakes functioned as they should.
Needed that e-brake to stop a few time on my return trip home.
