This has probably been discussed a hundred times...but does anyone have a fool-proof method for glueing the ratainer clips to the glass for holding the leading edge of the rear/side window glass on the Kadett and Ascona wagons?? I've tried a dozen different remedies and nothing seems to hold very long. I even sand blasted the glass where the clips are glued and used marine epoxy. That only held for about a year. Are there any threads addressing this problem? Thanks. -Scott

Some one on this list tried "J B Weld" and it has held for quite some years
