Thanks

Hey guy's thanks for the welcome. My name is Thomas Anderson. Don't have an Opel yet. Have always thought these were cool cars. Looking to buy my first Opel any suggestions on what model to get? I really like the wagons and GT's :) :D

Well you will here a difference of option. I like the GT myself. As far as getting a GT, take your time finding one. GTs come up on Ebay all the time and the AJC has some come up every once an a while. There are some in some barns on south side but I do not know the details on those.

How much work are you willing to do to get it running. Some work, no work, full restore?

Hi Thomas and welcome!
I'm all for the GT's but that's just me - if you want a look at one we could try to hook up or maybe a few of us could try to get together sometime informally and you could join us for a look see.
Here's hoping an Opel just for you comes up for sale. Keep your eyes peeled here and on Ebay (hate buying a car without getting a first hand look but maybe you will luck up on one nearby) and who knows?
