What is posted previously is all you need to know on doing it. You have to strip the anodizing first as it doesn't polish. Eastwood has a chemical now for this (do not know how well it works though. You will need to protect it with a laquer clear or zoop seal after polishing. The key is the pedestal polisher if you ask me

Use the dremel as you suggested, you need a s**t load of patience to go along with the polishing compound.
