Pop out windows

Are the pop out side windows on a 73 GT interchangable? My GT was repainted before I got it and neither of the windows fit very good and dont match the indintations in the gaskets. They leak

and dont seem to follow
the openings well. Could they just be out of adjustment or possibly swaped side to side.
