I'm going out on a limb here, but, any engine that is not the stock configuration, ie., CIH, in-line four cylinder, will require some sheet metal cutting/trimming to get the engine to fit along with custom engine/tranny mounts to the body. The 60 degree V-6 requires the minimal amount to be cut and the larger the engine the more has to be removed up to the point where a complete new frame will be needed to keep everything in alignment under hard acceleration.
