Do you have to reach through from the cabin, or does the cover just pop off from the outside?

you'll probably have to pull the rear turn signal out. take the 2 lense screws off the rear turn signal, then pull the 3 screws out holding the bucket to the body and you can easily reach the lightbulb that way.
