I came across a picture showing a unique solution to a problem I had back in the late 80's, when two different worlds came together. LOL If you're 6'5",long legged and have an 83 Ranger with a red bench seat and need some more leg room, what is the solution? Well with some red GT seats and a couple of .078 steel mounting brackets that I made, the Ranger became more roomy. It seems that most seat change involve replacing the GT seats with other car seats when I did the reverse. Did anyone else repurpose GT seats?

I used a pair in my old apartment. I had a nice sheet of granite I used for a table about 16"off the floor and the GT seats worked very well with it. Very low seating...
