Looks like another guy came up with pop up in the front headlights........on a one-piece fiberglass dragster body.

What's up with the drum brakes in the back? Is that a dragster thing? Do dragsters only have front brakes and those rear drum brake pads are only for parking?

Yep the pic shows caliper behind the rims.
Nope. The red caliper is on the front brakes. I have circled the things that appear to be drum brake pads in this pic:

The brake shoes are just for the parking brake. You can see the caliper mount in the picture. No brake rotor installed yet is all...

Called a "drum in hat disk rotor" parking brakes inside the rotor for the disk brakes. HTH
