So I bought the Kedett that ran at Buttonwillow last year and will be bringing it to Sonoma this weekend! I did a lot of work to try and increase the chances of the car running the whole weekend. LOL, I had a friend in high school that always called my GT an Opile because it always leaked oil :haha:

Opile! We won the "Index of Effluency" award. This goes to the car that goes that does the best with the worst. I guess it's a bit of a backhanded compliment but I'll take the prize money thank you very much.

We're looking froward to fixing and adjusting using the info we gleaned from this race. While the car was very slow it handled pretty well and the fun factor was off the charts. Our only failure was a leaking oil cooler line that took just a few minutes to fix.
